SIGMA - Everything well in view
The SAUERBURGER front-mounted embankment mower SIGMA is specially designed for front-mounting on Unimog, municipal tractors and standard tractors with three-point hydraulic cat. II. its infinitely adjustable working positions enable it to mulch slopes, roadsides, ditches and even flat terrain. The adjustment possibilities vary from 90 ° vertically to approx. 70° downwards. The standard linear displacement allows the machine to be swivelled hydraulically from the centre of the vehicle to the right or left into the working area. This avoids driving too close along ditches and protects the verge.
Three different working tools can be selected for the different applications, which are suspended on the working shaft, which is balanced with the highest precision. The counter-blade built into the housing guarantees an
shredding effect so that rapid decomposition is ensured. A height-adjustable roller prevents ground contact when set correctly, thereby minimising wear on the blades or flails.
Technical details
Great care has been taken to ensure optimum visibility in both the transport and working positions. Fuel-saving mulching is possible at any time thanks to the PTO (750 rpm).
